Riverina Christian College

Riverina Christian College is a new school planning to open in January 2026 in Deniliquin, NSW. The Melos Group (www.melos.education) obtained the old Deniliquin Christian School site in 2023 and are working towards opening a high school on the site.

Melos Education Ltd is a not-for-profit charitable company which operates six other Christian schools across NSW and has a vision for a flourishing high school in Deniliquin. Our schools are all grounded in a philosophy of education that sees the Christian faith informing the perspectives presented in education. We believe that the Biblical worldview encompasses all of life and sets out a way of living that is in harmony with what the Creator intended for humankind. All human beings can flourish if they live in accordance with the intentions of God for them.

The College will be open to people of all faiths if they accept that the College will present the evangelical Christian faith to all students and ground all its work on the basis of Biblical teaching and beliefs. Students will all learn about the Christian faith while not being required to embrace it personally.

An application for registration and accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) is being prepared with approval expected to be granted part way through 2025 for a 2026 commencement.
