Principal Advisory Group
Each member school in the Melos Group is required to establish a Principal Advisory Group. These groups can consist of parents, supportive community members such as grandparents, past parents, church members (where a church is connected to the school) etc., who have an interest in ensuring the school is thriving. PAG’s meet at least once per term with the Principal.
The purpose of the PAG is to engage with the school community (excluding teachers) to ensure there is a direct channel of communication between the parent/church community and school leadership. This acknowledges the important partnership between school and home, church and wider community in ensuring the flourishing of the school.
